2. About Implicit

Implicit is a sub-clinical personal wellness tool designed to facilitate self-reflection and self-directed exploration through AI-powered conversations. Implicit uses concepts inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other psychological frameworks to help users explore their inner world.

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 Not Medical or Therapeutic Care

IMPLICIT IS NOT THERAPY. IMPLICIT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. IMPLICIT DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

The Service is intended for general wellness and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, psychological treatment, or mental health services. Implicit has not been evaluated by the FDA or any regulatory body.

3.2 Seek Professional Help When Needed

If you are experiencing mental health symptoms that interfere with daily life, emotional distress, or any condition that may require professional attention, please consult a licensed healthcare provider, therapist, or counselor. Do not rely on Implicit for clinical care.

3.3 AI Limitations

Implicit uses cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology. Like all AI systems, it may occasionally:

4. Crisis Situations

Implicit is not equipped to handle mental health emergencies or crisis situations.

5. Privacy and Data

When you use Implicit, we collect information including but not limited to: account information, conversation content, usage patterns, and device information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5.2 Data Access

By using Implicit, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • Our internal team may access user conversations for troubleshooting, quality assurance, and service improvement purposes
  • Authorized consultants and contractors working on our behalf may access user data as needed to provide and improve the Service
  • Your data may be used to train and improve AI models (in anonymized or aggregated form where appropriate)

5.3 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit. However, no system is 100% secure. You share information with Implicit at your own discretion and risk.

6. Service Availability

Implicit is cutting-edge software under active development. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fun Times and Co, INC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to harm others or yourself
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
