1. The program

Implicit Account Texts is run by Digital Medicinal Inc. If you opt in, we text you from (833) 477-6736 only for your account: one-time sign-in codes and links that connect your phone to your Implicit account. We never send marketing texts, and we never put the content of your sessions in a text.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number in the Implicit app or on our sign-in page and checking the consent box below. The box is never pre-checked, and texts are not a condition of using Implicit or of any purchase.

3. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with how often you sign in, usually a few texts a month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help, or email hello@implicit.observer. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts; we confirm once and send nothing more. Reply START to opt back in.

5. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers that deliver our texts. See our Privacy Policy.
